Welcome to jkdcreatives.studio. These Terms & Conditions govern any website, funnel, or related design/development work ("Services") provided by JKD Creatives ("we," "us," "our") to you ("client," "you"). By reaching out, booking a consultation, or engaging our Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

JKD Creatives provides website design and development, sales funnel design and development, landing page design, copywriting, on-page SEO, and email automation setup, built primarily on GoHighLevel, Lovable, or Systeme.io depending on project needs. The exact scope of work for your project will be agreed upon before work begins, whether through email, a proposal, or a project agreement.

2. Getting Started

Projects begin after we've discussed your goals and agreed on scope, timeline, and pricing. A deposit is required to secure your project start date and begin work; the remaining balance is due before final launch/handoff unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, since they reserve time and resources that are turned away from other clients.

3. Timelines

Typical landing pages take 5–7 days and full websites or funnels take 2–4 weeks from the start of active work, though timelines can shift based on scope, revisions, and how quickly you provide feedback or requested materials (copy, images, logins, etc.). Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may push back the delivery date.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable round of revisions as part of the agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the original scope (new pages, new features, or a significant change in direction after work has started) may be treated as a new addition and quoted separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, materials, and access (such as logins, brand assets, or copy) needed to complete your project in a timely manner, and to respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable time. Delays on your end may affect the project timeline.

6. Payment

All pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Payments are due as outlined in your specific project agreement or invoice. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website/funnel design and content created specifically for you transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of JKD Creatives.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects (screenshots, descriptions, and general project details) in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before or at project completion. We will never share confidential business information, login credentials, or proprietary data as part of this.

Any third-party assets used in your project (stock photos, fonts, plugins, platform subscriptions like GoHighLevel/Lovable/Systeme.io) remain subject to their own licensing terms, and ongoing subscription costs for these platforms are your responsibility after handoff unless otherwise agreed.

8. Post-Launch Support

If ongoing support or maintenance is included in your agreement (such as a monthly retainer), the scope of that support will be outlined separately. Support requests outside an active retainer or warranty period may be billed separately.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, any completed work up to that point will be billed at the agreed rate, and deposits already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to pause or end a project if communication stops for an extended period or if payment terms aren't met.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver reliable, well-built websites and funnels, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a certain number of leads, sales, or search rankings), since those depend on many factors outside our control, including your marketing, offer, and market conditions. JKD Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website or funnel.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our work is often built on third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Lovable, Systeme.io, etc.). We aren't responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature changes, or policy changes made by these platforms, as they're outside our control.

12. Communication

We aim to respond to client communication within one to two business days. Response times may vary during active project sprints or outside business hours.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to work with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
